Info
Henry Gwozdz is a craftsman based in the suburbs of Chicago. With a primary focus on metalsmithing, he is interested in using experimental methods to push the boundaries of traditional materials. Through wearable and functional objects, he investigates themes of transformation and identity. Growing up, he curiously explored many artistic disciplines, and in 2020, he discovered his love for metal. After graduating from Downers Grove North High School in 2024, he briefly studied at Rhode Island School of Design, but left due to ongoing mental health struggles. Experiences like this give him new perspectives and empower him to further explore the world of contemporary craft.
